How ReAlign supports your head and neck
What it is. A slow-rebound memory-foam pillow with a 3″ contour shaped to the natural curve of the neck, wrapped in a breathable cotton cover with a hidden zipper so it comes off and washes. Overall size: 19.7″ long × 7.1″ wide × 3.7″ tall.

Back sleeping
Place the contour directly under your neck, not your head. Keep your shoulders on the mattress, off the pillow, and your chin level — not tucked toward your chest or tipped back.
Side sleeping
Align the taller edge of the contour under your neck to fill the gap to your shoulder. Keep your spine level — not tilted up or dropped down. Feel free to switch sides during the night; the contour supports both.
Is the height right?
The pillow is 3.7″ tall overall. A good fit keeps your head and neck level with your spine. Some adjustment over the first 1–3 nights is normal — that is what the 100-night trial is for.

How does the 100-night trial work?
Use the pillow for up to 100 nights. If it isn’t right for you, email us within that window with your order number and we’ll reply with return instructions, typically within 1–2 business days. You pay to ship the pillow back (we recommend tracking), and once we receive it we refund the full amount you paid for the pillow to your original payment method. I am a side sleeper — will it press on my jaw?
The contour is shaped to support the neck in both side and back positions; our free fit guide shows how to set it up for side sleeping so pressure stays off the jaw.
How firm is it, and is there an adjustment period?
It is slow-rebound memory foam — it cradles, then holds its shape. Like most cervical pillows, some people adjust over the first 1–3 nights; the 100-night trial covers that.
How do I clean it?
The cotton cover is removable via the hidden zipper and is machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. The foam core is spot-clean only — do not machine wash or submerge it.
