Return Policy — 100-Night Trial

We want you to actually sleep on it before you decide. Every ReAlign Cervical Support Pillow comes with a 100-night trial from the date it arrives. If it isn’t right for you, send it back and you’ll be fully refunded.

How to start a return

1. Contact us within 100 nights of delivery. Email our support team with your order number and let us know you’d like to return your pillow.
2. We’ll reply with return instructions. We typically respond within 1–2 business days with the return address and next steps.
3. Ship it back. Pack the pillow securely and send it to the address we give you. We recommend a shipping method with tracking.
4. Get your refund. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the full amount you paid for the pillow to your original payment method.

Return shipping

You pay for return shipping. Your refund is for the full price you paid for the pillow.

Condition

We ask that the pillow be returned clean and in resalable condition where possible. If you have any issues, reach out — we’ll work with you.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us right away with photos and we’ll make it right at no cost to you, including return shipping.
